Colombia is the second most biodiverse country in the world, and is home to the largest diversity of birds –1,934 species equivalent to about one fifth of all known bird species on Earth. Over 80 of these species are endemic to Colombia, making our country a hot spot for birdwatching and wildlife.
Join nature guides and experts, like Ornithology PhDs or wildlife veterinarians, in marveling at the country’s breathtaking animal diversity throughout different ecosystems.
We have designed a series of experiences that give travellers access to private reserves and places dedicated to wildlife conservation, and learn about the efforts that go into protecting species like the cotton-top tamarin monkey. Through such travel experiences we are able to help fund and support these projects and individuals, so they can continue their mission of protecting wildlife, caring for sensitive ecosystems, and educating communities.
